I offer Swedish massage with its long fluid strokes for a relaxing session, and invigorating Deep Tissue massage that directly addresses areas of high tension. Gentle stretching is a wonderful addition to any massage and enhances muscle tone and flexibility. Whether you are looking for stress relief or need to recover from your workout, I have a massage to fit your needs. I practice in my studio in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte- you can expect a clean and serene atmosphere. Please arrive a few minutes early on your first visit to complete a brief consultation before your massage.
